Tranquility

This app has allowed me to sit the full 45 minutes while studying without stopping to check the time/ being distracted or losing track of where I was reading. I feel like I have also retained more info. One thing as other reviewers said though I know it is the point ; there should be a count down on the app because I was trying to monitor how much work I was getting done and realized the app has no count of time so I didnt know if I could read through another chapter or 3 etc
