Lately Ive been getting really anxious when Ive had to study for exams. I get jittery and its hard to pay attention. I will have a hard time focusing which will make me anxious so Ill take a break which makes me anxious that Im procrastinating so Ill start studying again and the cycle continues. As soon as I turned the app on and listened to the soothing tones, I could feel my entire body relax. The sounds are so calming and whenever I found my attention straying I would concentrate on the sounds for a second and then go back to studying. Before trying this I was a little wary and thought it would be distracting, but it really isnt! Give it a try and see if it works for you!
